1. Trial Classes
We offer free trial classes before regular paid sessions begin.
These are provided so that parents and students can evaluate our teaching methods and environment before making any payment.
2. Payment Terms
- All tuition fees must be paid in advance according to the selected monthly or quarterly plan.
- Payments are collected through secure and agreed payment methods.
- Classes are scheduled once payment is received.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in the following situations:
- Technical issues on our end that prevent scheduled classes from taking place and no alternative is arranged.
- Tutor unavailability for more than 5 consecutive classes without substitute or makeup sessions.
- Mistaken double payments, which will be reviewed and adjusted.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- If the student misses classes due to personal reasons (travel, illness, etc.).
- If the student discontinues classes mid-month or after a few sessions.
- If the student was unsatisfied but did not inform us during the trial period.
- If class timings were agreed upon and then changed without prior notice by the student.
